The Study Abroad Application Portal will accept applications until 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on the application due date. We strongly suggest you submit your application before our office closes at 5:00 p.m. so we can assist you with any unexpected information or technical questions that may arise. If you have questions after 5:00 p.m., submit as many pieces of your application as possible and we will respond to your questions when our office reopens.

Students who submit timely applications will receive priority. Non-approved program applications submitted after the due date will NOT be considered.
 
Pitzer students must upload an Adviser Approval Form to be able to submit the study abroad application. If you cannot get your adviser’s signature by the due date, upload an unsigned form listing courses. A one-week grace period will be granted for you to send a signed form to studyabroad@pitzer.edu.
 
Pitzer students applying for non-approved programs must request the Adviser Endorsement to be able to submit their study abroad application. Adviser Endorsements should be completed within a week of the application due date.
