Questionnaires will only accept one document. Please scan and upload your forms as a SINGLE document. Update your flight itinerary each time there are changes. For other items, you cannot edit your submission. If you have updates or problems scanning items as a single document, contact our office for assistance.

For best results, upload .doc or .pdf files. MAC users should download and use Adobe Reader software to complete any pdf forms. (If you get the following error message, The file type you attempted to upload is prohibited. Allowed extensions: doc, docx, xls, xlsx, pdf, jpg, jpeg, gif, png, txt, ppt, pptx, try a different file format.) 

Currently, the study abroad portal is not compatible with foreign characters.
